You pick your own spot on the level of your choice. Your spot will be reserved 6am-6pm Monday- Friday, or you can choose the 24/7 reserved option!

Use your U-Pass to park in the St. Anthony Falls Ramp, located at Univsersity Ave & 2nd Ave, and ride to campus on the Metro Transit bus system! Reserved Contract Parking Starts at $45.00!

Download & complete a contract form and contact Brian Levang at 612-455-3723 or blevang@standardparking.com to turn in your contract and pick your very own personal reserved spot on the level of your choice. Once you have turned in your contract and selected your space, you will receive an identification hangtag for your vehicle and magnetic pass for ramp entry.

In addition you may also have your monthly payment deducted from your bank account or charge to your credit card by using our automatic payment plan. (Download Here)

2. Choice Reserved- 6am-6pm M-F (6th Level*) $45.00 Per Mo.
3. Prime Reserved- 6am-6pm M-F (4th & 5th Levels*) $50.00 Per Mo.
4. Premium Reserved- 6am-6pm M-F (1st, 2nd &3rd Levels*) 65.00 Per Mo.
5. Gold Reserved- 24 Hours/ 7 Days (1st Level Private Area) $85.00 Per Mo.

*Add $15.00 for 24 hour reserved parking on these levels*

*Your personal numbered space will be available Mon. thru Fri. from 6AM to 6PM. In the event you are still in the ramp after 6PM you can continue to occupy your space. If you leave the ramp and re-enter after 6pm or on Sat. and Sun. your space may be taken but you may use any open spaces with the exception of Gold Reserved Parking & 24 Hour reserved spaces.
