Commencing July 1st, all contract parking will become reserved at St Anthony Falls Ramp. This means that you can pick your price and you pick your very own personal numbered space on a specific floor on a first come first serve basis.

Based on your needs we will now be offering variable rate reserved
parking based on the level you choose. See below.

GOLD RESERVED – 24 Hours / 7 Days (1st level Private Area) $85.00 per Mo.
*PREMIUM RESERVED 6am – 6pm M-F (1st, 2nd, 3rd Levels) $65.00 per Mo.
*PRIME RESERVED 6am – 6pm M-F (4th, 5th Levels) $50.00 per Mo.
*CHOICE RESERVED 6am – 6pm M-F (6th Level) $45.00 per Mo.
*SELECT RESERVED 6am – 6pm M-F (7th Level) $35.00 per Mo.

*ADD $15.00 if 24 HOUR RESERVED IS DESIRED ON THESE LEVELS

** Your personal numbered space will be available Mon. thru Fri. from 6AM to 6PM. In the event you are still in the ramp after 6PM you can continue to occupy your space. In the event you leave the ramp and return after 6PM or on a Sat. or Sun. your pass card will allow you access to the ramp but your space may be taken and you may use any open space on floors 1 thru 9 with the exception of the Gold Reserved area or a space that is signed as a 24 hour space.

To accomplish this, all you need to do is complete a contract form either by coming to the St. Anthony Falls Ramp office at 201 2nd St. SE or download a contract form (Download here) and than come to our ramp office to select your very own personal spot and return it to our office. Once you have returned this form and chosen your reserved space, you will receive an identification hangtag for your vehicle. These hangtags can be picked up in the ramp office starting the last week of June.

In addition you may also have your monthly payment deducted from your bank acct. or charged to your credit card by using our Automatic Payment Plan. (Download here)
